St. Patrick’s Day Parade — Pinckney
This annual parade will take place at noon on Saturday the 16th in the Village of Pinckney. Activities begin at 10 a.m. and include a Run for Gold 5K, a Cutest Leprechaun Contest (ages 5 and under), Irish Dancers, the 11th Annual Paddy Wagon Bed Race, followed by the National Anthem and parade. The parade will start at the Pinckney Historical Cemetary and travels east down Main Street to Township Square.
St. Patrick’s Day Family Fun & Party at Beacon Park — Detroit
Also happening on March 16th, this free event will be taking place from 1-10 p.m. Bring your little leprechaun to the heated tent between 1 and 5 p.m. for crafts, Irish dancing, and more. From 5-10 p.m. the heated tent will be transformed into an Irish pub, complete with a DJ, live music, beer, lawn games, and more!
St. Patrick’s Day Parade — Royal Oak
On March 16th at 10 a.m. you can join in the fun as the parade rolls down Washington Avenue!
St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Kensington Metropark — Milford
For just $5 per person (+ $10 parking fee) you can bring the kids out to enjoy some “green” crafts and a leprechaun scavenger hunt on the nature trails with a chance to win a prize! This event will be happening from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 17th.
